Every job photo. Found in seconds.

Dump the SD card. JobSnap's AI reads your job sheets and sorts every photo by customer, rego, job number and asset — so when a dispute lands, the evidence is one search away.

The problem

The camera isn't the problem. The dump folder is.

Your techs already photograph everything — the job sheet, the fault, the fix, the truck leaving. Then it all lands in one folder as IMG_4471.jpg, and eight months later a customer swears the tail light never worked. Someone loses an afternoon scrolling. Usually it's you.

How it works

From SD card to searchable evidence

No app to install, no renaming, no folder discipline required. The workflow your workshop already has, minus the part where photos disappear.

Upload the card

Drag hundreds of photos into the browser at once. Duplicates are detected and skipped automatically — re-upload the same card twice, nothing doubles up.

AI reads the paperwork

Photographed job sheets are recognised and read — job numbers, regos, serials, customer names — and every photo from that job is grouped with them.

Sorted into your language

Your categories, not ours: customer, rego, asset number, service type — whatever your workshop runs on. Configurable per business.

Search, share, export

Browse thousands of photos as fast as a local folder. Send a read-only link to an insurer or engineer. Export any job as a zip, any time.

What you get

Built for the day the dispute arrives

Job-sheet intelligence

The photo of the paperwork becomes the index for the whole job — no typing, no tagging by hand.

Your own taxonomy

A truck electrician sorts by rego; a crane hirer sorts by asset number. JobSnap is configured to each business, not the other way round.

Explorer-fast browsing

Thousands of thumbnails scroll like a local folder. Drill from customer to rego to job in three clicks.

Read-only share links

Give an insurer, engineer or customer a link to exactly one job's photos. Expires automatically, revocable any time, no login needed.

Evidence, preserved

Nothing is ever silently deleted. Photos are kept dispute-ready, and your originals are exportable in full whenever you want them.

Common questions

Straight answers

Where do our photos live?

In secure cloud object storage under your own tenant, organised by metadata — never renamed, never recompressed. Originals are exportable as a zip at any time; there's no lock-in.

Do you ever delete photos?

Never silently. JobSnap exists to preserve dispute evidence — removals are soft, auditable, and retention is agreed with you, not imposed.

Do my techs need to change how they shoot?

No. Photograph the job sheet with the job — most workshops already do — and keep shooting the work as normal. The sorting is JobSnap's problem.

Is there a phone or tablet app?

JobSnap works in any browser today, including uploading straight from an iPad's photo albums. A dedicated capture app is on the roadmap.

What does onboarding look like?

We set up your categories with you, load a sample batch, and you're searching your own photos in the first session. Microsoft 365 sign-in can be connected to your existing staff accounts.

Bring an SD card. Leave with it sorted.

A demo is your own photos, uploaded live — not a slide deck. If JobSnap can't organise your last job dump in one session, it's not for you.
